At Sergom Consultors we want everyone to be able to use this website, including people with disabilities and people who use assistive technologies. This statement explains what we have done, the limitations we know about and how you can tell us about a problem.

Commitment and reference standard

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, as our reference. The website is being adapted: we apply these guidelines on an ongoing basis and review the content regularly.

What we have done

• We have added an accessibility menu, on the right of the screen, that lets you enlarge text, change the contrast, highlight links and stop animations, among other options.
• The website is available in Catalan, Spanish and English.
• We use an ordered heading structure, alternative text on images and labelled forms.
• The main colours have enough contrast to read the text.

Known limitations

Some content may not yet fully meet the guidelines, for example certain decorative animations, review carousels or downloadable documents from other sources. We are working on it.
